I’m Swathi Adusumalli.
Founder of Hira People, focused on helping businesses build, run and strengthen their HR functions through practical, connected people solutions.
I believe that HR should enable both people and business. An organisation may begin by needing a recruiter, payroll support or help with compliance. But behind those individual needs is a bigger challenge: keeping the full people lifecycle coherent, dependable and easy to manage.
That belief shapes Hira People. We bring together Talent Partnership, People Operations, Payroll Solutions, Compliance Solutions, Performance Excellence, People Development, HR Advisory and People Analytics & Insights.
My role as founder is to build an HR partnership that listens carefully, takes process discipline seriously, and helps clients move from reactive work toward more dependable people operations.
